The purpose of these General Terms of Use (hereinafter the “GTU”) is to define the terms and conditions of access to and use of the website available at https://wediagnostix.ai (hereinafter the “Website”) by any user (hereinafter the “User”).
Access to and use of the Website implies the User’s full and unreserved acceptance of these GTU. The User acknowledges having read the GTU prior to any use of the Website and expressly declares that they accept them.

For any dispute relating to the interpretation, performance or termination of these GTU, the User and WeDiagnostiX SAS shall endeavour to seek an amicable solution.
Where the User acts in a professional capacity, any attempt at amicable settlement, including by way of conventional mediation, shall be carried out in accordance with Articles 1530 et seq. of the French Code of Civil Procedure. Failing amicable resolution within thirty days of notification of the dispute, the matter may be brought before the competent courts. This clause is legally autonomous. It shall continue to apply notwithstanding any nullity, termination, rescission or extinction of the present contractual relations.
