Our Quality Policy

WeDiagnostiX aims to design and market artificial intelligence algorithms classified as medical devices that meet the needs of medical practitioners. Medical devices play a vital role in the health and well-being of patients and even a minor failure could have adverse consequences for the patient. Given our activities and in order to meet the requirements of our clients, as well as regulatory and legal requirements, WeDiagnostiX has chosen to focus its quality policy on the development of an effective quality management system, on monitoring its implementation and on continuously improving its effectiveness.

This policy enables us to control our activities and achieve the following objectives

– in terms of quality: to ensure a level of product quality and performance that is compatible with a high level of safety and meets the applicable regulatory requirements;

– in terms of offers: to propose solutions that meet the technical and economic expectations of customers;

– in terms of deadlines: to fulfil orders within the contractual deadlines.

The following areas are important for achieving our overall objectives:

– Continuous development of the scientific and medical skills of our employees to improve the quality and competitiveness of our products and services.

– Regular awareness and training of all our employees on the impact of their activity on the quality of promotional information.

– The development and continuous improvement of our products and services.

– The quality of our listening to healthcare professionals to ensure their satisfaction.

– Maintaining, monitoring and improving our quality management system.

– Monitoring the quality and compliance of our suppliers;

– Involving everyone through the communication of our quality objectives and their implementation in all the company’s activities concerned.

WeDiagnostiX is committed to the implementation of this policy, and to this end a Quality Manager is responsible for implementing and monitoring the quality system (in collaboration with the relevant departments). The Quality Manager reports directly to management. The Quality Manager is the driving force behind the quality management system and is the point of contact for clients on quality issues. WeDiagnostiX is committed to providing all the necessary resources and ensuring the effectiveness of the quality system during the annual management review.

In recognising the importance of meeting our clients’ requirements, as well as regulatory and legal requirements, each member of WeDiagnostiX is committed to working with me in implementing this Quality Policy on a daily basis.
